Concord Police: Peter Pan VHS tape smashed during domestic, DWI arrests, and felony charge issued after $46 cough syrup, kid's drink theft.

CONCORD, NH — Derek J. Jerez, 25, of King Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on July 30, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs after an alleged incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Kirsti T. Badjie, 30, of West Parish Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:23 a.m. on July 30, 2016, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief after an alleged incident at an apartment on Loudon Road.

Jesse T. Cheney, 33, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on July 30, 2016, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Apple House Furniture on Village Street.

Audra Chadwick, 18, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on July 30, 2016, on two counts of criminal mischief after an alleged incident at the home.

Kevin E. Wood, 44, of Old Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 9:48 p.m. on July 30, 2016, on a disturbing noises violation on Old Loudon Road.

Munguiko Innocent, 31, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on June 11, 2016, on two counts of driving while intoxicated after an accident at the intersection of Sewalls Falls Road and Fisherville Road.

Mirela L. Collins, 23, of River Road in Manchester, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on June 11, 2016, for suspended registration after a traffic stop on Stickney Avenue for displaying two different license plates on a Toyota Camry. Both her license and vehicle registrations were suspended due to an unpaid motor vehicle summons.

Tyler C. Garand, 23, of Bog Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on June 11, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief after an incident at an apartment. After a reported argument about money, Garand allegedly threw a Peter Pan VHS tape against a wall, smashed a stool, and pushed a woman and grabbed her by the throat while pushing her, according to a report.

Kimberly Graham, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on June 11, 2016, for criminal trespass at the Market Basket on Storrs Street for allegedly refusing to leave the area when requested to by the store manager. She was trespassed from the property in May.

Felicia M. Sweatt, 30, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on June 11, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road involving nearly $46 of Herbs for Kids Calm and Nature’s Way cold syrup. Since she was convicted of theft in December 2009 in Colebrook District Court and receiving stolen property in Merrimack Superior Court in March, the charge was elevated to a felony.
