Bow Felon Indicted On Gun, Knife Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man accused of sneaking fentanyl into jail; man indicted on Concord stolen car, crack charges; sex offender faces duty to report indictment.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Cory George, 34, of Bridge Street in Andover on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of delivering and possessing the drugs while in the Merrimack County Jail on May 2, 2023, in Boscawen.
Jose P. Gomez, 40, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another man on April 6, 2023, in Hooksett.

Richard Gomez, 36, of Emmett Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts on possession of crack cocaine and receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charges. He was accused of retaining a Honda CR-V owned by another person and possessing the drug in Concord on Feb. 5. Ryan Hillsgrove, 46, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on King Street in Boscawen on March 10 and the Suncook Valley Highway in Pittsfield on March 28 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Daniel C. Hughes Jr., 29, of Beaton Street in Franklin on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 3, 2023, in Webster.
Mark Huntoon, 66, of Birchdale Road in Bow on four felony counts of possession of a deadly weapon by a convicted felon charges. He was accused of possessing a fixed blade knife, a .22 rifle, a .38 Smith & Wesson revolver, and a semi-automatic pistol in Webster on Sept. 7, 2023. Huntoon is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2008.
Danielle M. Saraceni, 45, of Bennington Street in Boston, MA, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of posing as another person to defraud on May 1, 2023, in Hooksett.
Christopher Schena, 48, of Leonard Street in Rochester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of exercising control over more than $1,500 from another person in Allenstown between April 1 and Dec. 31, 2021.
Loriann R. Shelton, 38, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 18 in Hooksett.
Frankie Singleton III, 54, with a last known address of Franklin or Laconia on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register a new residency with Northfield police on Feb. 26, 2023. Singleton is a sex offender due to a child endangerment conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 1998.
Caitlin M. Sottile, 30, of Independence Avenue in Franklin on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine, meth, and fentanyl, in Franklin on Jan. 20.
