Boscawen Man Arrested On Strangulation, Threat, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Cassi J. Page, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2022, on a license required charge after an incident at 18 Hall St.

Nicholas Charles Benjamin, 31, of Boscawen was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 21 on second-degree assault-strangulation, two criminal threatening-deadly weapon, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Odd Fellows Avenue.

Theresa Hope Kenyon, 57, of Concord was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 21 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Larry Davenport, 47, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 20 after an incident on Warren Street. He failed to appear at an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 29 on a felony drug charge out of Franklin from May 2021. Davenport is due back in court for a dispositional conference in March 2023.

Michelle Louise Supry, born 1965, of Concord was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on Nov. 20 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on South Spring Street.

Henry J. Lamontagne, 61, of Belmont was cited at 8:55 p.m. on Nov. 20 on a manufacturing, sell officials inspection-registration sticker charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Miles A. Anderson, 33, of Concord received a summons on a criminal trespass charge at 5:18 p.m. on Oct. 28 after an incident at Gibson’s Bookstore on South Main Street.

Cory A. George, 33, of Andover was arrested on a warrant as well as stalking, deal-possess prescription drugs, breach of bail, simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 28 after incidents on Alice Drive.

Jonathan D. Madsen, born 1973, of Woodruff, South Carolina, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Green Street.

Alicia M. Mullavey-Rix, 36, of Concord was arrested at 8:24 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Interstate 93 north on the Exit 14 onramp.

Jefry H. Morgan, 63, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:51 a.m. on Oct. 28 after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Jade E. Markham, 25, of Northwood was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Oct. 28 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and breach of bail charges after an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street.
