Andover Man Faces False Imprisonment, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Charles N. Anzaldi, born 1972, of Concord was arrested at 11 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2022, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 49 Hall St.

Jazmin M. Donovan, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Jan. 22 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook.

Timothy L. Gobeil, 59, of Pembroke was cited at 2:27 a.m. on Jan. 22 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Anthony Michael Pinard, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Jan. 22 on a driving under the influence charge on Hall Street.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 31, of Concord was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Jan. 21 on two bench warrants as well as possession of a controlled drug, criminal trespass, and willful concealment charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. He was arraigned on Jan. 24. Mancini was released on $20,000 cash or surety which will convert to personal recognizance upon entry into a residential drug treatment program. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 23 for a dispositional conference.

Nicholas Rossik, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 3 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a criminal trespass (railroad property) charge after an incident near 121 S. Main St.

Tracy Marie Hebert, 45, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Tevin Wade Davis, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on Jan. 21 on a warrant after an incident at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street in Penacook.

Leonard Fournier, born 1965, of Cromwell, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on Jan. 21 on a driving while intoxicated charge as well as front lights-auto and yellow-solid line violations after an incident at 344 Loudon Road.

Michael Todd Spaulding, 34, of Warner was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Jan. 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking, between $1001 to $1,500, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 24 for an arraignment.

Cory Allen George, 32, of Andover was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Jan. 20 on false imprisonment, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, two criminal mischief charges, four simple assault charges, and three domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident in an apartment on Alice Drive.

Cordaire C. Nelson, 35, of Concord was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on Jan. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident on Locke Road.
