Dover Man Faces Threat, Disorderly Conduct Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Linda Ann Swierk, born 1963, of Loudon was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on May 20, 2022, on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Tina Marie Trippett, born 1965, of Derry received a summons at 2:55 p.m. on May 18 on a bench warrant after an incident on Perley Street.

David Allen Higgins, 30, of Concord was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on May 17 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested after an incident at the former New Hampshire Department of Transportation building on the Stickney Avenue side.

Wayne Carl McMann Jr., 49, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on May 16 on a felony receiving stolen property, $1,001 to $1,500, charge. The charge stems from an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street from December 2021. McMann is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on June 2.

Steven Wayne Rodney, born 1963, of Dover was cited on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges at noon on May 14 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Melvin Joe Tebbets, 40, of Hooksett was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on May 9 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge and a failure to use required turn signal violation on Hall Street.

Ryan Hillsgrove, 44, of Newport was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on March 30 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges after an incident at 102 Manchester St.

Brittany R. O’Brien, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on March 30 on a warrant after an incident at 125 Loudon Road.

Nusa M. Dedic, 35, of Concord was arrested on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges at 3:50 p.m. on March 28 after an incident on Centre Street.

Valerie E. Fredette, 38, of Concord was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on March 27 on loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident on Hebert Street.

Damien Bruce Wells, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on March 23 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Rex Drive.
