Bow Man Indicted On 9 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Franklin man accused of dealing cocaine; Concord residents indicted on drug charges; Penacook man accused of driving at state troopers.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Kenneth Bradley, 55, of Albin Road in Bow on four aggravated felonious sexual assault and five felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling girls in Bow between Jan. 1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2020, and July 4, and July 10, 2021. Robert J. Lamy, 62, of Pearl Street in Franklin on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on April 7, 2021, in Northfield.

Robin Lane, 54, of North State Street in Concord on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on June 19, 2021, after being certified a habitual offender by the state.
Joshua M. Malcolm, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-switchblade knife and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fluorofentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 25, 2021, in Henniker.

Jake Ryan Newell, 21, of Canterbury Crossing in Northfield on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 23, 2021, in Northfield.
Rodolfo Pizarro, 44, of Carroll Street in Pittsfield on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-switchblade knife and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies on July 25, 2021, in Henniker.
Dominic Powers, 33, with a last known address of Vernon Street in Keene, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent and possession of cocaine with intent to sell-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Bow on March 29, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug charges in July 2015 and September 2011.
Michael Arsenault, 34, of Christian Avenue in Concord on three counts of crime while released on bail-possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine, MDMA and psilocin, and three counts of crime while released on bail-possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and buprenorphine, on Sept. 4 in Concord.
Cory A. Bernard, 40, of Roger Avenue in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl charge on June 10, 2021, in Concord.
Bradford Birch, 24, of Elm Street in Penacook on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing New Hampshire State Police in danger while driving a 2016 Ford Fiesta in the direction of and toward troopers on Aug. 20, 2021, in Concord.
Brooklyn Birtwell, 26, of Warren Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin and psilocybin charge on Sept. 22, 2021, in Concord.
Douglas Black, 41, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 north in Concord on Sept. 24, 2021, after being certified a habitual offender by the state.
