Sandown Man Faces DWI Charge In Concord: Police Log
Plus: Concord man faces felony drug charges; woman arrested on negligent driving, owner's consent charges after crash; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Sean Stiasny, 31, of Concord was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Oct. 11 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Hutchins Street and Bog Road area of the city. Stiasny was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 13.
Joseph John O'Sullivan Jr., born 1998, of Sandown was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Oct. 11 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.
Paige Lucienne Clark, born 1992, of Concord received a summons at 3:42 p.m. on Oct. 11 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident in the North End-Washington Street area of the city.

Roy James McNair, 39, of Gilmanton received a summons at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He pleaded guilty to a felony attempted theft charge in November 2017 in Merrimack County Superior Court and a felony robbery charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2018 after an incident in Hampton in July 2017. McNair has several other priors, too.
Joshua Michael Malcolm, 38, of Concord was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on Oct. 11 on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, after an incident on Storrs Street. He was arraigned on Oct. 13. He also has an active case in Belknap County Superior Court from an incident in Laconia in October 2016. Previously, according to court records, Malcolm was convicted of felony controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Plymouth in November 2009, fail to report deemed escape in July 2012, felony controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Franklin in December 2016, felony controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Nashua in August 2019, and other charges.

Christopher J. McGuire, born 1967, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Oct. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on North Main Street.
Amanda Fortin, 37, unknown address, was arrested at 5:09 a.m. on Oct. 11 on warrants. She was arrested at Speedway on Hall Street. Fortin has an active felony controlled drug: acts prohibited case out of Franklin from June. She has a number of prior cases in district and superior courts.
Billie Jo Falkins, born 1972, of Amherst received a summons at 3:33 a.m. on Oct. 11 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident in the South State and South Main streets area of the city.
Anthony Debenedictis, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Sept. 22 on two counts of simple assault, three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, possession of a controlled drug, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal restraint, and violation of a protective order. He was arrested after an incident on South Street.
Carl D. Soderberg, 52, of North Main Street in Concord was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 21 on stalking, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges. According to previous reports, police have been investigating incidents at the Concord Crew Boat House on Loudon Road including the return of the homeless camps on state land behind the arena and boathouse. An affidavit stated that Soderberg has an active restraining order place on him by a camper in the woods.
Shayna Joy Kenney, born 1983, of Concord was arrested on a warrant and a bench warrant at 4:20 p.m. on Sept. 12. She was picked up at the homeless camp behind The Granite Group on Storrs Street.
Tina R. Drew, born 1972, of Concord was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Sept. 12 on taking without owner's consent, negligent driving, conduct after an accident, and driving on a sidewalk charges. She was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.
