Concord Man Arrested On Second-Degree Assault Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — William Yates, born 1959, of Concord received a summons at 10:11 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2020, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Gage Petas, born 1990, of Concord received a summons at 6:27 a.m. on Oct. 29 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Thompson Street.

Suraj Thatal, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Oct. 27 on second-degree assault and domestic violence charges, both felonies, after an incident in the Concord, Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Chandra Rose Bailey, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 21, on a warrant and bench warrant after an incident at the Mennino Place apartments on Storrs Street.

Shannon Lee Dean, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 5:18 a.m. on Oct. 20 on a disorderly conduct charge. She was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Darren T. Fogleson, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 and charged with false imprisonment, simple assault, criminal mischief, domestic violence-simple assault, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an incident at the Homewood Condos on Ormond Street.

Justin P. Nadeau, born 1973, of Rye was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Ryan M. Connors, born 1992, of Londonderry was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a felony forgery charge after an incident at Bank of NH on North Main Street.

Enock Byiringiro, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on Oct. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive, two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street, and an unlawful possession-intoxication charge and two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Fort Eddy Road.

Samantha Autumn Neil, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on Oct. 12 on driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, and yellow-solid line violation charges after an incident on North State Street.
