Concord Man Charged With Stalking, Breach Of Bail: Cop Log

Plus: Sex offender charged with simple assault; man charged with lewdness; Concord men arrested on assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Tanner Cordell Bourguet, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on March 11, 2021, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Concord Street.

Suraj Thatal, 22, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on March 10 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident at Concord Gardens. He has an active second-degree assault and criminal threatening case making its way through Merrimack County Superior Court.

Chance Nsengiyumva, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on March 8 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on Clinton Street.

Rodney J. Moody, 51, of Concord was arrested at 3 p.m. on March 6 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Washington Street. He pleaded guilty on Jan. 7 on a felony sex offender registration charge.

Hope Rosemarie Cassin, born 1991, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 12:30 p.m. on March 2 at police headquarters.

Matthew K. Hoey, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on March 1 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Royal Gardens.

Nicholas D. Blanchard, born 1993, of Tilton received a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 51, of Concord was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a warrant as well as an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
