Derry Man Faces Threat, Weapon Charges In Concord: Cop Log

Warrant, drug arrests; Andover, Webster, and Plymouth residents charged with drunken driving; Pembroke woman, Concord men accused of thefts.

CONCORD, NH — Zsuzska Tanos, born 1959, of Webster was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on July 22, 2021, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested after an incident on Horse Hill Road.

Jil Marlene Stagner, born 1964, of Pembroke was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on July 21 on two theft by unauthorized taking charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Colin P. White, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on July 20 on theft of services and breach of bail charges. Jason E. Supry, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 8 p.m. on July 19 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on South Curtisville Road.

Ronald Scott Leavitt, born 1958, of Andover was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on July 17 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 15 Loudon Road.

Charles Henry Nelson, 36 of Concord was arrested at 11:04 p.m. on July 16 on felony theft by unauthorized taking and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident at 127 Loudon Road. Nelson is due in superior court on Sept. 9 for arraignment.

Kevin Harley Folsom, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on July 15 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident on Quincy Street. Folsom was arrested on July 16 and is due back in superior court on Oct. 13.

Eric McNeil, 38, of Range Road in Strafford was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on July 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. At around 10 a.m., police were sent to Concord District Court after a woman accused McNeil of walking up to her vehicle and interacting with her when he was prohibited from doing so due to an order, according to an affidavit. She stated McNeil asked her for a sweatshirt, she said she did not have the sweatshirt, and he walked away, the affidavit stated. The officer took the woman’s statement and then, checked security video footage at the courthouse and accused McNeil of approaching the woman’s vehicle. The officer called McNeil, who confirmed he asked for a sweatshirt and she had not done so even though she needed to do so legally, according to the report. The officer called the Rochester District Court and confirmed the stalking order issued after McNeil was arrested on a stalking charge on May 14. A warrant was issued for McNeil and he was arrested about six hours later.

Joseph Barbrick, 24, of Derry was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on July 13 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident at Sam’s Club on Sheep Davis Road.

David T. Swett, 56, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on July 13 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Hutchins Street.

Shaun P. Drew, 39, of Concord was arrested at 8 a.m. on July 10 on a warrant and bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street.

Christopher Angela, born 1988, of Plymouth was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on July 9 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.
