CONCORD, NH — Payton Reed Wash Fisher, born 1998, of Concord received a summons at 10 p.m. on March 17, 2023, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Emmanuel Sibomana, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on March 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Fayette Street.

Richard A. Wilkinson, born 1968, of Plymouth was cited at 6:32 p.m. on March 17 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with interlock alcohol device charges after an incident on Old Suncook Road.

Justin Douglas Rasnic, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 17 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Bog Road.

Michael S. Vermette, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on March 17 on a driving under the influence charge on Pembroke Road.

Mercy Mbarushimana, 20, of Jennings Drive in Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on March 17 on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+, criminal trespass, operating without a valid license, reckless operation, breach of bail, and speeding charges. He was arrested after a crash on Rumford Street. Michael Leo Lyon, 32, of Canaan was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on March 7 on felony robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at Subway on North Main Street.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, 23, of Boscawen was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on March 2 on driving after revocation or suspension and failure to display plates charges on Concord Street.

Zachary Barnes, born 2000, of Contoocook received a summons at 9:50 p.m. on March 1 on conduct after an accident and improper backing charges after an incident at 202 N. Main St.

Dennis M. Fletcher, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. on March 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.

Olivia Boisvert, born 2003, of Concord received a summons at 2:43 a.m. on March 1 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge on North Main Street.
