Concord Teen Arrested On Sexual Assault, Computer Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — David Thomas Swett, born 1964, of Concord, was cited on a bench warrant at 8:08 p.m. on March 7, 2023, after an incident at Subway on North Main Street.

Michael Leo Lyon, 31, of Canaan was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on March 7 on robbery, simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at Subway on North Main Street. Lyon also had an active warrant at the time of the arrest.

Wayne Joseph Chagnon, born 1978, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 9:11 a.m. on March 7 after an incident on Manchester Street.

Nicolau S. Noel, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 4:15 a.m. on March 7 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Harrod Street.

Justin Small, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on March 6 on disorderly conduct and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Justin George Mercer, 42, of Pembroke was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on March 5 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Samson Ndayambaje, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on March 5 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and suspension of vehicle registration charges and a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

Kelsea Kathryn McAllister, born 1993, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:21 a.m. on March 5 after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Daniel Francis Young, 19, of Concord was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on Feb. 15 on aggravated felonious sexual assault, two felonious sexual assault, and two computer services; use prohibited charges, all felonies, after an incident on Metalak Drive.

Jonathan M. Pickering, 34, of Concord was arrested on three warrants at 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 10 as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on Herbert Street.
