Joshua S. Puckett, 31, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Jan. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of an overdose. When they arrived, they spoke to a woman and Puckett about the incident. A check of Puckett found he was not to be within 300 feet of the woman but the officer observed them standing next to each other, an affidavit said. Both Puckett and the woman stated he was allowed to be in the area so long as there was another family member present but that family member was not with them, the officer stated. The officer checked all of the court paperwork, including recent bail conditions after a prior arrest, and after some more questions, Puckett was arrested and held on preventative detention. According to the Merrimack County Superior Court, Puckett pleaded guilty to four controlled drug: acts prohibited charges and a single count of possession-sale of a narcotic drug in April 2016. He was accused of a probation violation in August 2019.
