CONCORD, NH — Baby Kayitani Fiston, 19, of Jennings Drive in Concord was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on Dec. 13 on two warrants as well as two breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Jennings Drive for a report of a fight with a woman claiming she was assaulted by a man, an affidavit stated. When they arrived, the woman "told officers to go away" and that she did not want to report the incident, the report said. Officers went to speak to the man involved, in his 50s, but he was not available. During the investigation, police spoke with Fiston and ran a check on him. Dispatch reported he had two active warrants — one an assault charge and a second for failure to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court to face a felony second-degree assault charge. That warrant was issued in November. A check found that Fiston was out on bail and required not to be in the Jennings Drive apartment and to not be near a woman found at the home during the investigation. He was arrested and held without bail.
Richard A. Nagy III, 27, of Manchester was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 11 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and unauthorized use of firearm charges after an incident on Pierce Street. He is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference on Feb. 16.

Anthony J. Zimont, 36, of Washington Street in Penacook was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on Dec. 11 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Also arrested was Tina Marie Patten, 38, of Concord on a warrant. Officers were sent to the Dollar General on Fisherville Road for a report of a couple in the store "acting suspicious." When police arrived, a store employee requested to have the pair trespassed. After filling out the paperwork, the officer approached Patten, who was sitting in a car, and said she was waiting for a friend in the store, the affidavit said. Later, Zimont exited the store and the officer spoke with him, too, the report said. Zimont was out on bail from another incident and was required to stay away from Patten, the report said, so he was arrested and held. Patten was arrested on a warrant. Zimont has several prior convictions including felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, theft, drug possession, and other charges.
