Concord Man Faces Burglary, Robbery, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Thiago De Oliveira Halabi, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2022, on an operating without a valid license charge and a “hands-free” violation on Loudon Road west on Gully Hill.

Josephine Becker, born 1989, of West Lebanon was arrested on a warrant at 5:56 a.m. on Nov. 3 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Dennis M. Fletcher, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Nov. 3 on robbery, burglary, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Center on Ferry Street.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Nov. 2 on breach of bail and consumption of liquor on private property charges after an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street.

Chea Chebo, 22, of Concord received a summons at 5:27 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on South Street.

Christopher Thomas Richardson, 39, of Concord was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 2 on conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at 314 N. State St.

Rachelle L. Smith, 33, was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 2 after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Carl David Soderberg, 54, of Concord was cited at 10:53 p.m. on Oct. 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Loudon Road on Gully Hill.

John Joshua Jellue, 25, of Concord was arrested at 8:12 p.m. on Oct. 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Rian J. Fleury, 24, of Boscawen was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:12 p.m. on Oct. 10 after an incident at Harbor Freight on Loudon Road.

Frank Pickering, 39, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 4:15 p.m. on Oct. 10 after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Brianna Morales, born 1990, of Laconia was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:15 a.m. on Oct. 10 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
