Center Barnstead Man Indicted for Forgery, ID Fraud: Roundup
Pittsfield man indicted for allegedly strangling woman, Warner and Franklin women indicted on drug charges, habitual offender also indicted.
CONCORD, NH — Shane Goss, of Franklin, for conspiracy to commit to theft by unauthorized taking. On or about May 12, 2016, in Franklin, he allegedly was involved in the theft of a cash bag from a woman working in concert with Anthony Deforge, Zachary Pantaleo, and Matthew Rollins.

Jessica Graham, of Franklin, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, as well as breach of bail. On June 15, 2016, she was allegedly in possession of the drugs in Franklin.

Michael Gruette, of Center Barnstead, for on six counts of forgery and six counts of identity fraud, all felonies. On March 14, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly uttered a money order and altered it. On April 1, April 4, April 5, and April 6, he allegedly drew checks on other people’s bank accounts to the tune of more than $4,000.
Gavin Guay, of Franklin, for a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for allegedly receiving stolen property on Jan. 27, 2016, in Franklin. The charge was elevated to a felony due to receiving stolen property and theft charges in Concord District Court in October 2013 and February 2012.

Christopher Halloran, of Pittsfield, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence and domestic violence, for allegedly strangling and striking a woman in the face on June 12, 2016, in Pittsfield.
Marie Holbrook, of Warner, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on Feb. 14, 2016, in Hooksett.
Lewis Jenna, of Franklin, of two felony counts of operating while deemed a habitual offender, allegedly on May 5, on Route 28 in Pittsfield, and May 30, 2016, on I-93 in Northfield. He was deemed a habitual offender in December 2006.
Stephanie Kenyon, of Nashua, for felony burglary for allegedly burglarizing a home on Pine Street in Hooksett on June 18, 2016.
