Concord Police Log: Pembroke Woman Charged with Stealing Drugs from Hospital
Plus, argument about shorts on Garvins Falls Road leads to warrant arrests and homeless man allegedly tries to spit on cops.

Marisela Guzman, 30, pictured, of Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on July 30, 2015, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street, allegedly involving Naloxone Hydochloride. She’s due in court on Sept. 14.

Lacey M. Roy, 21, of Chandler Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Aug. 27, on warrants. A sergeant spotted Roy as a passenger in a vehicle that he was following on South Main Street onto I-93, and knew that she had active warrants out of Boscawen and Concord District Court from Aug. 26, 2015, with $900 cash to settle. Other officers converged at different points around the city and were able to stop the vehicle on the Commercial Street off ramp. She was arrested and then given to Boscawen Police.

Zachary J. Coghlin, 26, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Aug. 25, on a warrant from New Hampshire Parole for a violation on Aug. 20, 2015. He was held without bail.
Nathan S. Wilson, 35, of Bradley Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 24, for driving after revocation or suspension on Aug. 10, 2015, at the Phoenix Auto Body on Manchester Street. He’s due in court on Sept. 28.

Christopher E. Norton, 42, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 24, on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Donna M. Gove, 40, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to an apartment on the road for a report of a domestic where there was yelling and items being thrown into a hallway. Norton reportedly told police that he was having a verbal argument with a man. A check yielded a warrant out of Sixth Circuit from March 10, 2015, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, $385 cash to settle for nonpayment of fines, and he was arrested. Gove, another person at the scene, reportedly stated the argument was about a pair of shorts. She had an active warrant from Aug. 6, 2015, on a simple assault charge, $274 cash to settle, and was arrested. Both Norton and Gove are due in court on Sept. 11.
Katrina R. Ahlin, 19, of Chapel Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to the home for a noise complaint and spoke with Ahlin about the issue. Dispatch informed the officer that she had a warrant issued on June 26, 2015, out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of attorney fees on a credit card fraud charge, $302.50 cash to settle. She was arrested and is due in court on Sept. 21.
Gavin R. Guay, 23, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on Aug. 1, on a warrant. Officers were sent to Manchester Street for a check on the welfare call about a man who had possibly died. When they arrived, they found Guay “sitting on a chair in the kitchen, conscious and breathing” but allegedly “under the influence of a drug,” according to a report. Concord Fire and Rescue teams transported him to the hospital. The officer was informed that Guay had a warrant for a parole violation from July 18, 2015, and was arrested after he was medically cleared.
Kevin S. O’Sullivan, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on July 26, on two counts of attempt to commit simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to Black Hill Road for a report of an intoxicated man passed out on the ground. The subject, O’Sullivan, was taken into protective custody and transported to Concord Hospital. At the ER, O’Sullivan allegedly tensed up and became “very agitated,” according to police. When they placed him in a room, he allegedly started spitting on the floor. He reportedly spit three times and shouted, “Excuse me!,” after each occurrence. In the room, he allegedly became more agitated, aggressive, and began swearing, and wouldn’t sit on a bed. The officers attempted to sit him down and he allegedly began to attempt to spit at the officers’ faces. One of the officers covered O’Sullivan’s mouth and later, staffers put a spit mask on him and placed him in bed restraints.
Maximillian Starkey, 35, of Queen Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on July 21, for felony sale of controlled drugs from May 7, 2015, on South Main Street.
Hector L. Rodriguez, 21, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on July 21, for theft, operating without a valid license, and a bench warrant. The theft charge was against Sears on Loudon Road on June 22, 2015.
Justina D. Welch, 27, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on July 15, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Theatre Street for expired registration and inspection stickers.
