Michaela Courtney Puentes, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Jan. 19 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane violation after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Crystal L. Donati, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Jan. 18 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult greater than 0.08; minor greater than 0.02 charges and a lane control violation. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Mountain Road.

Crystal A. Rumfelt, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 3:35 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 165 N. State St.

Jesse J. Deflorio, 31, of Concord was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on Jan. 18 and charged with three counts of criminal trespass after incidents or investigations at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Matthew Joseph Walker, born 1981, of Chichester was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Jan. 18 on driving while intoxicated-second offense and DWI charges as well as two yellow-solid line violations after an incident or investigation at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

David Allen, 36, of Raymond was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 17 on criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Keith B. Lavigne, born 1999, of Allenstown received a summons at 12:29 a.m. on Jan. 17 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jesse Sullivan, 32, of Wellington Lane in Loudon was arrested at 2:16 a.m. on Jan. 17 on simple assault and criminal trespass charges.
