Loudon Man Charged With Indecent Exposure: Concord Police Log

A Concord man charged with stalking, breach of bail plus an Andover woman and Boscawen man were arrested on theft charges; other arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Jessica A. Lizotte, year of birth 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on March 31, 2019, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Old Suncook Road.

Joanne Murray-Bowne, year of birth 1969, of Andover, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on March 30, for theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive.

Joseph Francis Schultz, year of birth 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on March 30, on two warrants. He was arrested on Storrs Streetnear Bank of America.

Ashley Z. McKinney, year of birth 1985, of Holderness, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on March 29, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Timothy J. Livingston, year of birth 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on March 27, for conduct after an accident after an incident on Depot Street.

Matthew Clifford Gilliland, year of birth 1995, of Loudon, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. on March 25, on a charge of indecent exposure/gross lewdness. The charge stems from an incident on Concord Street.

K. Colby A. Ordway, year of birth 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on March 25, on two counts of stalking-domestic violence and two counts of breach of bail. The charges stem from an incident in the Branch Turnpike area of the city.

Jesse John DeFlorio, year of birth 1992, of Boscawen, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Feb. 21, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge (less than $1,000) at Walmart on Loudon Road.
