Concord City Council Candidates Talk Steeplegate Mall
Ward 3, 6 candidates discuss the state of one of the city's largest property taxpayers.

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce held a forum on Oct. 20, 2015. Most of the candidates for the city offices showed up and participated, and answered questions from the 70-plus people were in attendance.
One of the questions was simply, “Steeplegate Mall,” to laughing in the audience. In this segment, the Ward 3 and Ward 6 Concord City Council candidates speak about the state of the mall.
