Salisbury Teen Faces Booze Charge On South Main Street: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Michelle Alvarez Aviles, year of birth 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Tyler J. Osgood, year of birth 1988, of Jackson Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:02 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Beacon Street.

Edward Siudut, year of birth 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and resisting arrest. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Garvins Falls Road area of the city. Jessica M. McCall, year of birth 1978, of School Street in Tilton, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, on a warrant at police headquarters.

Alex D. Lacy, year of birth 1998, of Center Road in Salisbury, received a summons at 1:21 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor near Cleary Cleaners on South Main Street.

Craig S. Laber, year of birth 1962, of Concord, was arrested at noon on Oct. 13, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested north of the U-Haul on Stickney Avenue.

Colin C. Dowling, year of birth 1987, of Borough Road in Canterbury, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on Intervale Road near CAVES.

Laurie Patrick, year of birth 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2017, for violation of a protective order. An officer was sent to North State Street in West Concord to meet with a man about a possible DVO violation, according to an affidavit. The man alleged that Patrick was allegedly texting him from a relative’s cellphone. The officer spoke with the relative and then Patrick. She allegedly “started to cry” and allegedly admitted to talking with the man while on speakerphone with the relative. After hesitating, she then allegedly admitted to texting him, according to the affidavit. The officer spoke to a watch commander and then, Patrick was arrested. The officer eyed the restraining order at headquarters and it was issued on Oct. 4. She was held without bail.
