Stop On I-393 Leads To Charges Against 3: Concord Police Log
Plus: Concord man arrested on assault, reckless conduct charges; man faces third habitual offender charge; DWI in Penacook; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Michael Paul Kennedy, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2020, on driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, and transportation of alcohol/open container charges after an incident in the Village Street area of Penacook.
Steven Anthony Anctil, 36, of Tilton was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Sept. 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and three warrants. He was arrested on Interstate 93 north near the Exit 16 offramp.
Harvard William Jacobs, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Sept. 22 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at the White Farm cottages on Clinton Street.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on Sept. 22 on simple assault and reckless conduct charges after an incident on Centre Street.
Matthew Allen Gourlay, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 13 on an operating after certification as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Storrs Street on the tracks behind the Granite Group. He was arraigned on Sept. 24 in Merrimack County Superior Court, has two other active habitual offender cases out of Concord and Epsom from earlier this year, and is due back in court for a dispositional conference Jan. 19, 2021.

Mark Joseph Curran, born 1995, of Chichester was arrested at 4 a.m. on Sept. 13 on an operating without a valid license charge. Also arrested was Kenneth John Lewis, 26, of Pembroke on a warrant and Travis W. Miner, 27, of Concord on a possession of a controlled drug charge. They were all arrested after an incident on Interstate 393. Lewis was previously convicted on criminal threatening and burglary charges and also violation of probation or parole, according to superior court records. The specifics of the warrant were not known at post time. Miner was convicted on a simple assault-sexual contact charge out of Pittsfield in July 2016 and violation of probation or parole in June 2019. He is due back in superior court for arraignment on the possession charge on Nov. 12.
