CONCORD, NH — A local man, with a number of priors, is in more trouble after allegedly stalking his ex-girlfriend, driving drunk, and breaching bail.

A woman who issued the report alleged that Mounsey was drinking, had weapons in his vehicle, and was last seen wearing a flat, brim hat. About 40 minutes later, an officer was near Concord Hospital, spotted Mounsey’s vehicle, and pulled it over.
“I immediately could tell that Mounsey was under the influence of something when I made contact with him,” the officer alleged, adding that his eyes were “bloodshot, glossy, and his eyelids were droopy.”

Mounsey allegedly admitted to drinking a few Bud Lights and taking some Gabapentin pills. His speech was also slurred, the affidavit alleged.
Later, while at Concord Hospital, Mounsey reportedly called himself “an idiot” for driving around and stated there was no law to prevent him from not loving his family. Concord Fire and Rescue teams also claimed that his prescription bottle was missing about 30 pills.
Back on Rockingham Street, other officers spoke to the complainant and she stated that she allegedly saw Mounsey getting out of his vehicle outside of her house. After exiting the vehicle, he reportedly began yelling profanities and “mean words,” an affidavit alleged. Her new boyfriend also alleged that he was there and was allegedly acting “charged up.”
An officer also eyed text messages, purported to be from Mounsey, allegedly making threats and reportedly stated, “Tell the cops I don’t care” and “I’m coming at you” as well as other things.
Mounsey allegedly admitted to the texts but denied he was stalking the woman. He reportedly added that he just went to her home to give her money for bills. Mounsey was arrested and held on $8,000 cash bail.
