Concord Man Indicted On Child Sex Assault And Hash Oil Charges
New Hampton prisoner indicted on fentanyl charge, alleged fentanyl dealer indicted, man indicted for allegedly slashing woman with scissors.
CONCORD, NH — Jennifer M. Malloy, 33, of Shingle Camp Road in New Hampton, for delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl and three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, alprazolam, fentanyl, all felonies. The controlled drug acts charges stem from alleged incidents on Dec. 7, 2017, in Franklin. On Dec. 23, 2017, she was an inmate at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and was allegedly in possession of fentanyl.
Karis McBride, 21, lower left, of Lisa Lane in Concord, on three sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and three counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in November and December 2017, on Route 3A in Bow.

Nickolas Micucci, 27, lower middle right, of Pleasant Street in Concord, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and manufacture of a controlled drug-hash oil. Between Aug. 21, and Dec. 30, 2017, he allegedly fondled, rubbed against, and used a vibrator on a child under 13 while in Concord, according to the indictment. During the same time period, he allegedly was manufacturing in Concord.
Jose Montanez, 47, of Amherst Street in Manchester, for pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals, count possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Dec. 4, 2017, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, Montanez was convicted of two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited and burglary in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June 2014.

Shawn Mounsey, 33, lower middle left, of Wilson Avenue in Concord, for second-degree and domestic violence-assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies. On Dec. 30, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly scratched an intimate partner’s chest with scissors.
Judith Osgood, 57, of Lake Street in Loudon, for conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. Between Dec. 1, 2012, and July 24, 2013, she allegedly agreed with Trisha Bastian to reportedly write checks from accounts owned by Pitco in Bow to Bastian Machine and then Bastian allegedly cashed the checks.
Jeremiah Remy, 21, lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon. On Oct. 9, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of a sharpened medical brace, to use as a deadly weapon, in Concord.
