Alleged Concord Stalkers Arrested On Various Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Joseph D. McCormick, year of birth 1991, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, for violation of a protective order after an alleged incident at Dollar Tree on Loudon Road.

Victoria C. Cloud, year of birth 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2018, for stalking after an alleged incident at St. Peter’s Church on North State Street.

Shawn Mounsey, year of birth 1994, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2018, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, stalking, and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Rollins Park area of the city.

Timothy R. Russell, year of birth 1995, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on Feb. 23, 2018, on a bench warrant. In November 2015, he was arrested on stalking and other charges after allegedly pouring lighter fluid on his ex's kitchen floor and texting, “I want you dead.”

Justin D. Hovey, year of birth 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2018, for stalking after an alleged incident in the Airport Road/Old Turnpike Road area of the city.
