Concord, Hopkinton Men Arrested on Assault Charges: Police Log

Littleton woman charged with drug dealing, affidavit alleges man punched homeless man in the face, Vermont woman arrested on a warrant.

CONCORD, NH — Gregory E. Brock, year of birth 1987, of Thain Road in Hopkinton, was arrested at 2 p.m. on March 4, 2017, for simple assault and a warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the hallway on the bottom floor of an apartment at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Travis W. Chaput, YOB 1980, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on March 4, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested in an apartment of the Crutchfield Apartments on Pitman Street.

Robert Winslow, YOB 1964, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 4, 2017, for two counts of simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the complex.

Jared W. McGuire Wiegand, YOB 1993, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on March 4, 2017, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street in the area of the New Hampshire State Hospital.

Shawn Mounsey, YOB 1984, of Wilson Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on March 5, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street.

Savannah Miller, YOB 1987, of St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. on March 6, 2017, for sale of controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Nicole L. Picknell, YOB 1984, of Bow Bog Road in Bow, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on March 6, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Joshua D. Taylor, YOB 1972, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on March 6, 2017, on two counts of resisting arrest or detention and a warrant after an alleged incident on North Spring Street. According to an affidavit, officers were sent to a report of three people arguing in front of a flophouse. When officers arrived, they didn’t hear any disturbance but could hear voices inside one of the apartments. The officers knocked on the door of the apartment and spoke to a woman who was “clearly upset” and “frantically pacing” inside of the apartment. She reportedly told the officers she didn’t want the men in her apartment any longer. The two men exited the apartment and officers asked them to sit on the porch while they straightened the situation out but Taylor – who had an active warrant – allegedly failed to comply. The report alleged that he fled from the scene but officers later caught up to him at the Statehouse plaza. He was arrested at the clock tower near Eagle Square a short time later.

Rhianna Frenette, YOB 1979, of Laconia Road in Belmont, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on March 7, 2017, for two counts of reckless conduct after an alleged incident on Elmwood Avenue.

Rob S. Powers, YOB 1961, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on March 7, 2017, for simple assault, possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. According to a court affidavit, at around 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 1, officers were sent to Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road for a report of a possible assault. The person who was hit walked off into the woods. Officers went to the area of the woods described by the witness and found a camp where a man was bleeding from the head. The witness gave a plate number to police and officers called the owner of the vehicle – Powers – who alleged that the victim was walking in the middle of the road and swore at him when he drove by. He stopped and the victim and Powers reportedly exchanged words. Powers reportedly asked the man what his problem was and the man said that his truck almost hit him. “I did not almost hit you and you need to get out of the road,” Powers allegedly told the victim. The victim reportedly told Powers to “shut the f--- up” and Powers allegedly said, “What?” According to the report, Powers then allegedly punched the man in the mouth, causing him to fall. He then got into his truck and left, the affidavit stated.

Amanda L. Jankowski, YOB 1990, of Walker Road in Poultney, VT, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on March 7, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested the Concord Police headquarters.
