Elderly Man Arrested Twice In 24 Hours: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert W. Clark, year of birth 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2018, on a warrant after an alleged incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. Clark is a registered sex offender due to a previous child pornography offense from April 2009, against a victim under 16.

Joseph Costello, year of birth 1992, of Lampry Road in Belmont, was arrested at midnight on Feb. 3, 2018, on warrants after an alleged incident at The Barley House on North Main Street.

Michelle L. Millbury, year of birth 1988, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2018, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Franklin Street.
