Concord Woman Faces False Imprisonment Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ian Venne, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 17. 2019, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Heartwood Lane.

Jennifer Sue Trowbridge, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 on a warrant on Bradley Street in the North End.

Benjamin William Rockwell, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 12 on criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, unlawful possession/intoxication, and two simple assault charges after an incident on Storrs Street.

Robert J. Tibbo, born 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Nov. 11 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident on the Bog Road-Borough Road area of the city.

Chandra Rose Bailey, born 1996, of an unknown address, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on Nov. 8 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the area of the Statehouse.

Melissa C. Bable, born 1978, of Concord, received a summons at 12:17 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at the CVS on Hall Street.

Felicia Ann Whitten, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on Nov. 6 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the Washington Street-North End area of the city.

Samantha Wood, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on Nov. 5 on domestic violence-false imprisonment and false imprisonment charges after an incident in the North End area of the city.
