Concord Teen Indicted On Crack Cocaine, Falsifying Charges: Court
Man in prison for baby's death indicted on child porn charges; women accused of trying smuggle drugs into prison; other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jeffrey P. Nickerson, 45, pictured upper right, of Sky Meadow Lane in Franklin, on a felony registration of criminal offenders charge. Nickerson is a convicted Tier III sex offender (indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over in Middlesex Superior Court in Massachusetts in April 1994) which requires him to register where he is employed in New Hampshire. Police in Franklin accuse Nickerson of lying on April 22, 2019, about being employed for a landscaping company in Gilford.
Rachael Nickerson, 37, currently incarcerated, on a felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Between Nov. 1, and Dec. 15, 2018, she is accused of agreeing with Tracey Hebert to hide drugs where another inmate could retrieve them and bring them back to the prison.

Kody Osgood, 28, left middle, of Pleasant Street in Concord, on receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and fentanyl, both felonies. He is accused of stealing a vehicle from a Concord funeral home andbeing found in Bow on April 23.
Cameron O'Brian, 45, of Dodge Hill Road in South Sutton, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam, buprenorphine, and methamphetamine on March 25, in Hooksett.

Marcus Patterson, 18, of School Street in Salem, on conspiracy to commit burglary and accomplice to burglary, both felonies. He is accused of agreeing with Daniel Acorn and/or Benjamin Rockwell to "hitting the Engen" on Pinewood Road in Allenstown on Jan. 13.
Tiabi Potvin, 29, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, on conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery articles to prisoners and acts prohibited, possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine and naloxone, both felonies. Between Feb. 9, and Feb. 19, Potvin is accused of agreeing with Nicholas Santos, an inmate at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, to discuss money to purchase drugs to deliver to the prison. The drug possession charge was issued Feb. 19.
Eric J. Peters, 39, of Locust Street in Laconia, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol in Hooksett on March 20.
Benjamin Rockwell, 19, upper middle, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary at the Engen store on Pinewood Road in Allenstown on Jan. 13.
Louie R. Rodriguez, 21, of Sunapee Street in Newport, on a felony false impersonation charge. He is accused of identifying himself as a U.S. Secret Service agent at a motor vehicle accident on Feb. 5, in New London.
Thomas J. Rowell, 33, of River Road in Pittsfield, on felony domestic violence-second-degree assault – the strangulation of a woman who was a family or household member – on March 23, in Pittsfield.
Joshua E. Rohelia, 32, homeless, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Nov. 10, 2018, in Northfield.
Megan Robinson, 31, of Dudley Road in Alton, on a felony burglary charge. She's accused of burglarizing a home on Oak Street in Northfield on April 19.
Kendra L. Robitelle, 30, lower left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and two counts of sale of a controlled drug-accomplice-methamphetamine. The drug sale charges stem from incidents on South Main and Hall streets in Concord and King Street in Boscawen in December 2018. Nathan Bond is accused of working in concert with Robitelle in December 2018, on Loudon Road in Concord and Village Street in Penacook. Previously, according to the indictment, Robitelle was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in October 2016, in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Bradford N. Ross, 27, upper left, homeless, on 10 counts of felony possession of child sexual abuse images on Sept. 14, 2017, in Concord.
