Franklin Felon Indicted On Firearm, Stalking, Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Concord habitual offenders indicted on driving charges; a Concord felon was indicted on handgun charge; drug and theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Joshua E. Goodwin, 42, of Cram Avenue in Pittsfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 12.
Benjamin R. Gray, 39, of Hooksett Turnpike in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Storrs Street in Concord on Sept. 17 after being prohibited from driving by the NH DMV.

John J. Gove, 49, of Canton Circle in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of posing a .45 caliber ACP Highpoint handgun on July 1 in Concord after being convicted of drug distribution in U.S. District Court in June 2011. Michael G. Gross, 47, of Thorndike Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Thorndike Street in Concord on July 8 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin Harrington, 44, of Fisherville Road in Concord on two felony possession of narcotics, buprenorphine and fentanyl, charges on Aug. 25 on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. At the time, he was out on bail on a narcotics possession charge out of Merrimack County Superior Court.
Alexis Herrera, 44, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 25 in Henniker.
Brycen Horne, 24, of High Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 3 on South Main Street in Concord.
Michael Johnson, 37, of Hermit Woods Road in Sanbornton on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of obtaining control of a DeWalt 10-Tool Combo Kit from Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on July 20. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Kevin Kenneson, 33, of Centre Street in Concord on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and para-flurorofentanyl mix, clonazepam, and alprazolam, charges, in Franklin on March 11.
Nate Landrebe, 41, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on stalking, criminal threatening, and felon in possession of a weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at a woman’s head and threatening to kill her on May 23 in Franklin. Landrebe is a felon due to an armed robbery conviction in Massachusetts in 2003. He was also accused of contacting a woman by phone from the Merrimack County House of Corrections between June 29 and Sept. 4, a violation of a protective order. Previously, Landrebe was convicted of stalking in May 2020 in Manchester District Court.
