Officers were sent to West Street for a report of an intoxicated woman trying to climb a fence while screaming at a resident. Before arriving, the officer found a woman matching the description walking away from the area. The woman, later identified as Coronis, was accused of having bloodshot, glossy eyes, slurring her words, and being unable to stand on her feet. When asked about the incident, Coronis said she was being attacked by a dog, the affidavit stated, noting she smelled like alcohol. She had an active warrant out of Londonderry and was arrested. During processing, her bag was searched and the officer accused her of being in possession of a jar of marijuana. Coronis was taken to Concord Hospital to be medically cleared. After, a report said, she refused to be placed inside of the police cruiser and began screaming, “I’m gonna rip my bloody tampon out … just wait for all the blood.” Later, she fell to the ground and went limp, an affidavit said. Eventually, she was placed into the cruiser and taken to the county jail. After removing her from the cruiser, an officer found a used tampon on the floor of the cruiser. A criminal mischief charge was added.
