Loudon Man Accused Of Child Sexual Assault: County Indictments
Concord man indicted on second-degree assault charges; felons indicted on weapon charges; and prisoners accused of trying to smuggle drugs.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Justin Henderson, 40, of North Spring Street in Concord, on three felony second-degree assault charges. He's accused of stepping on a woman's finger and fracturing it, smashing her head into a toilet and/or bathtub, and kicking her in the head and/or body on Dec. 8, 2018, in Pembroke.
Joshua Heppding, 42, of Oak Hill Road in Loudon, on pattern of aggravated felonious sexual assault and pattern of felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He's accused of touching a girl and having the girl touch him more than one time between Sept. 29, 2017, and June 11 in Loudon.

Shauna M. Iudice, 33, of Perimeter Road in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 21 in Concord.
Evrin D. Kalkan, 35, of Herbert Street in Concord, was arrested on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-metallic knuckles charge on July 6 in Concord. According to the indictment, he was convicted of attempted robbery in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2010.

Kevin Kenneson, 30, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield, on a felony acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 16 in Concord.
Anfernee King, 21, pictured lower left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charge on April 29 in Concord. King is accused of agreeing with one or more other people to smuggle drugs into the state prison. Brianna Sargent is accused of discussing the location and time that drugs would be located with King, according to the indictment.
Scott T. Lamper, 36, of Robinson Road in Pembroke, on receiving stolen property, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a Samurai sword, and two possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl-subsequent charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of a stolen Black & Decker drill in Pembroke on Jan. 11. The weapon and drug charges stem from incidents on May 31 in Allenstown. Previously, according to the incident, he was convicted on a controlled drugs charge.
Kimberly A. Landry, 37, homeless, on theft-willful concealment, motor vehicles; penalties, conduct after an accident, reckless conduct, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. She's accused of stealing merchandise and removing pricing labels from Walmart in Concord on Aug. 10. The motor vehicle charges were on Aug. 11 in Franklin, involving a Winnebago owned by another person, that crashed and was used as a deadly weapon, after she previously was certified as a habitual offender. Landry "purposely crashed into the rear end of an occupied vehicle and then attempted to exit the Winnebago without first placing it in park, leaving it to crash off the road," the indictment stated. At the time, she was out on bail by the Merrimack County Superior Court. Twice before, she's been convicted on theft charges.
Brandon Limardo, 23, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a criminal solicitation charge. Between May 8 and May 9, he's accused of soliciting or requesting Zena Nieto to deliver drugs to the prison, according to the indictment.
Luke Rumley, 42, lower right, of Curtis Avenue in Gilford, on a convicted felons charge and two possession of narcotic drugs-fentanyl, buprenorphine charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of "a wooden club with a nail affixed at the end, capable of producing death or serious bodily injury," according to the indictment, on April 12 in Hooksett. Rumley was previously convicted on a forgery charge.
Katlyn Saucier, 24, lower center, of Wason Road in Hudson, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Aug. 8 in Concord.
Austin Shelton, 24, of Windham Drive in Concord, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking-firearm charges. Between April 4 and April 7, he's accused of stealing Ruger handguns from two people in Concord.
