Franklin Man Indicted On Fentanyl Sale Charge: Merrimack County Court

Epsom man accused of threatening 2 people with a gun; Concord woman, with priors, accused of failing to pay diner tab; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Erin Longo, 44, with a last known address of Benson Road in Center Ossipee on prohibited acts-presenting false records, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of submitting falsified mileage reimbursement for medical appointments between August 2019 and February 2020.

Ninajo Merchant, 45, of South Main Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 30, 2021, in Franklin.

Gavyn Moore, 23, of Goboro Road in Epsom on two reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at two people on Feb. 10 in Allenstown.

Matthew S. Morrow, 30, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, charge on Feb. 22 in Concord.

Forrest Morse, 37, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and psilocin, charges on Sept. 27, 2021, in Loudon.

Jessica Moses, 30, of Laconia Road in Tilton on felony possession of meth and possession of suboxone charges in the area of River Street in Franklin on Jan. 20. At the time, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court.

Justin Adams, 40, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on Central Street in Franklin on Feb. 11. At the time, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2019.

Ali Ali, 21, of Stark Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing various items owned by Walmart between Sept. 29 and Nov. 21, 2021, in Hooksett.

Miles A. Anderson, 32, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth, charge on Feb. 11 in Concord.

Adam Bedard, 42, of Route 3 in Stratford on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Concord on Feb. 13.

Damon Bonnell, 44, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on delivery of articles to prisoners and controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine, charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men with the intent of delivering it to another prisoner on Nov. 29, 2021.
