Concord Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court

Plus: Delaware man indicted on strangulation in New London charge; accused fentanyl dealer indicted; Suncook teen indicted on escape charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Brad Lizotte, 54, pictured lower middle, of an unknown address in Concord, on a felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge in Chichester on May 21.

Jonathan J. Lopez, 33, of Valley Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 12 in Concord.

Andrew S. Lovell, 55, of Yearsley Drive in Wilmington, Delaware, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling a family member on July 12 in New London.

Dana C. Main, 32, of Stockbridge Corner Road in Alton, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dover Road in Chichester on Aug. 15.

Eric D. Mandigo, 38, lower left, of Manchester Street in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of stealing a 2015 Chrysler 200 on Aug. 10 in Pembroke while out on bail on another charge. On July 25, he is accused of being in possession of drugs. Mandigo was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May on an acts prohibited charge.

Corissa Markham, 42, of Evergreen Avenue in Franklin, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on July 23 in Franklin.

Steven Maxfield, 24, lower right, homeless, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing a 2012 Kia Forte in Concord on Aug. 28.

Larz R. Mernard, 20, homeless, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of threatening a woman with a knife on May 26 in Concord.

Matthew R. Miller, 28, upper right, of Whispering Pine Road in Wilmot Flat on criminal mischief and unlawful interference with fire alarm apparatus, both felonies. He's accused of tampering with a sprinkler at Concord police headquarters and causing water damage in excess of $1,500.

Jacob Mitchell, 18, of Edgewood Drive in Suncook, on a felony escape charge. He's accused of fleeing from the Allenstown police, outside of the back door of the department headquarters, on Nov. 14, 2018, while a juvenile on parole.

Forrest Morse, 34, of Old Henniker Road in Hillsboro, on habitual offender, acts prohibited: possession-methamphetamine, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving on Davidson Road in Henniker on July 8 with in possession of drugs and a knife. Previously, according to the indictment, Morse was convicted on a felony in Hillsborough County Superior Court in May.
