CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a convicted thief and drug felon wanted on a probation violation.

Carlye Janae Bubacz is a white female, 32, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs around 170 pounds. She has strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes. Bubacz has no known aliases and two noticeable tattoos — the name “Jayden” on her left shoulder and the word “PHAT” on her left wrist.

Active warrants against Bubacz were issued by the Rockingham County Superior Court, on a violation of probation allegation, and an electronic bench warrant out of Hooksett District Court on a driver after revocation or suspension charge, as well as a misuse of plates violation.

Bubacz’s criminal history dates back close to eight years, when she was accused of fentanyl possession charges in Manchester in October 2017. She pleaded guilty to three charges in March 2018. Bubacz received a two-to-four-year prison sentence and a $434 fine, suspended for four years, and two 12-month sentences and $868 in fines, both suspended for six months to two years. She was also ordered to pay $450 in restitution to the Department of Corrections. Bubacz was given 32 days of time served credit. Bubacz was found to have violated her probation in May 2019 and given a five-day sentence (time served).

In Derry in November 2021, Bubacz was charged with theft by unauthorized taking and three criminal trespass charges. She was also charged with theft after an incident in Hooksett in June 2022 at Target. She pleaded guilty to theft and trespass charges in Derry and received a 12-month sentence, with a range of one and a half to three years suspended for three years, along with $1,240 in fines. Bubacz also pleaded guilty to the Hooksett theft charge and received a 12-month jail sentence, suspended for two years, and was ordered to pay $1,046.96.

Court records noted Fadhil Al-Jibury was a co-defendant in the Hooksett case and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, in March 2023.

A warrant was issued for her arrest in January 2024 on a probation violation accusation in the Derry case.
