Homeless Teen Arrested On Domestic Violence, Assault Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael Floyd Spencer, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2019, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies, as well as criminal threatening, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and seven counts of simple assault. The charges stem from an incident in the Loudon Road to I-393 area of the city.

Domenic Palomba, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2019, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Prospect Street. Palomba, who also had an address in Dover listed on his docket, was charged at 7:20 p.m. on a stalking charge after an incident in the Fosterville area of the city.

Cameron Michael Heatley, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Oct. 27, on DUI and conduct after an accident with property damage in the Turtle Town area of the city.

Travis Michael Bennett Lufkin, born 2001, of an unknown address, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on Oct. 24 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the Stickney Avenue area of the city.

Harvard W. Jacobs, born 1983, of an unknown address, was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on Oct. 23 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and credit card fraud-$1,001 to $1,500 or two prior charges after an incident in the Turkey Pond/Clinton Street area of the city.

David P. Allen, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on Oct. 21 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.

Ronald Ernest Perron, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on Oct. 19 on domestic violence-stalking, domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges in the White Park area of the city.

Cindy Jean Aspinall, born 1965, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Oct. 18, on a stalking charge. She was arrested after an incident in the North End/Washington Street area of the city.
