Concord Teen Arrested On Indecent Exposure, Other Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Brian T. Bilodeau, born 1959, of an unknown address, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Oct. 5 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply, knowing-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Kerry Whittier, born 1962, of an unknown address, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. Oct. 3 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Charles L. Foote, born 1966, of Pembroke, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Oct. 2 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Healy Memorial Park Trails on Basin Street.

Melanie Lynn Michael, born 1979, of Franklin, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on Water Street near The Common Man Restaurant.

Bethany L. Ward, born 1983, of Plymouth, was arrested at 3 p.m. Sept. 28 on criminal trespass and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Jennifer M. Brunsell, born 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Sept. 26 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the tunnel path between Fort Eddy Road and NHTI.

Heather Kay Sanborn, born 1991, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 25 on a driving while intoxicated charge on Loudon Road near Walmart.

Simon Bigirimana, born 2000, pictured, of Concord, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Sept. 24 on indecent exposure-sex act with a child under 16 and computer services use prohibited-second offense or child under 13 charges. He was arrested on East Side Drive.

Ronald Ernest Perron, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. Sept. 24 and charged with domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges in the North End and Washington Street area of the city.

Allison Rose Wormstead, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 17 on a bench warrant at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Victoria M. Petricca, born 1999, of an unknown address, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. Sept. 16 on a criminal threatening charge on Heartwood Lane.
