CONCORD, NH — Kimberley A. Roy, year of birth 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on March 10, 2019, for theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Domenic Palomba, year of birth 1977, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on March 7, for stalking-domestic violence, breach of bail, and a bench warrant after an incident at the Bagel Works on North Main Street. On 8:45 p.m. on March 7, he was arrested again for stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail. He was arrested after an incident at the Blossom Hill/Cavalry Cemetery on North State Street.
