Alleged Stalkers from Concord, Northfield Arrested: Log

CONCORD, NH — Duncan T. Joyal, 25, of Merrimack Street in Penacook, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, for two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in an apartment on Merrimack Street.

Christopher C. Lyford, 38, of River Road in Plymouth, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, on a bench warrant.

Wilfredo Rodriguez, 33, of Rex Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, for habitual offender, false report on an accident, conduct after an accident, and lane control after an alleged incident on Canton Circle.

Danielle Scrima, 41, of Florence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Best Buy on D’Amante Drive.

Charles Rufino, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault.

Michael A. Migliacci, 39, of Jones Road in Bradford, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2016, for four counts of possession of controlled drugs, false report to law enforcement, and possession of controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute after an alleged incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Bruce S. Whittemore, 45, of Red Chimney Road in Warner, received a summons at 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South Street.

Charles D. Houston, 57, of an unknown address, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street.

Eugene R. Dufield, 76, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on South Main Street.

Musa Badjie, 30, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 7 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2016, for stalking-domestic and criminal trespass after an alleged incident at an apartment on Loudon Road.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, 39, of Oak Hill Road in Northfield, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2016, for stalking after an alleged incident at the methadone clinic on Hall Street.

Dorrie L. Wallace, 42, of Green Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2016, on two counts of simple assault.

Matilde Diaz, 35, of Broad Street in Hartford, CT, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, and conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on South Main Street.
