Concord Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Court Update
Plus: Transient indicted on child rape charges; woman indicted on burger joint burglary charge; and drug and theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Tanya Douville, 35, of Depot Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl-tramadol and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug mix and attempting to conceal it during a NH Drug Task Force investigation on April 8 in Franklin.
Charles Jansen, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on five felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a teenage boy between March 4, 2018, and March 2 in Pittsfield.

Timothy Leveille, 23, of Proctor Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge as well as a contempt of court order. He was accused of stealing a Haro bicycle from another person, while out on bail, on May 24 in Pittsfield, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Kami K. McLain, 51, of Plateau Ridge Road in Loudon on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 30, 2019, in Loudon.

Shawn M. Sullivan, 37, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on receiving stolen property and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of placing another in danger on June 25 by driving a pickup truck, owned by another person and believed to be stolen, toward a police cruiser in Loudon. Dante Trey Parrish, 24, of Main Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on April 15 in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Jeffrey Bogdanowicz, 23, of Williams Street in Lancaster on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in New London on March 15.
Robert W. Clark, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony duty to report. He was accused of failing to let police know where he lived, semi-annually, on Sept. 20, 2020. He has been previously convicted on duty to report in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2017. Clark is required to register with police due to a possession of child sex abuse image charges from April 2009.
Daniel Millette, 30, of Canton Circle in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties felony charge. He was accused of driving on Poplar Avenue in Concord after being certified as a habitual offender on March 18.
Desiree Kenyon, 26, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart on March 21. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.
Danielle Vintila, 32, of Fairview Street in Laconia on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone, crack cocaine, and eutylone in Concord on Aug. 19, 2020.
Adriano Hinojosa Urena, 25, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, was originally indicted on felony charges after an incident in Concord on April 11, 2021. On July 29, 2021, he pleaded guilty to lesser charges — simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Urena received an 11-month sentence, suspended for five years, until July 2026.
Michelle Brien, 42, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 18 in Concord.
Samantha Engelking, 38, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing Vibes Gourmet Burgers on South Main Street on March 27.
