Concord Woman Arrested on Numerous Forgery, Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dwayne A. Crawford, pictured lower right, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, reckless conduct; place another in danger, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after allegedly setting his twin sister on fire in their home.

Jennifer L. Condon, of New Road in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket.

Keenan J. Ruffin, of Grove Street in Concord, received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for operating without a valid license. He was charged on South Main Street.

Kayla R. Watt, of Rex Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on Rex Drive.

Pierce M. Osgood, pictured lower center, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for two counts of simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested near her home on Warren Street.

Kristy M. Daniels, of Skyline Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, for four counts of forgery and three counts of theft by deception. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Matthew D. Rollins Jr., pictured lower left, of Pearl Street in Franklin, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested in front of CVS on Hall Street.
