Elderly Epsom Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Manchester man accused of dealing fentanyl; Gilford felon indicted on gun charge; man accused of sneaking drugs into prison in his rectum.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Timothy J. Pelletier Jr., 38, of Cheney Place in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and four possession of controlled drug charges, clonazepam, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and buprenorphine, charges, all felonies, in Bow on Dec. 15, 2022.

Scott A. Perkins, 29, of South State Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl and possession of tramadol charges, both felonies, on June 16, 2022, in Concord.
John F. Pickering, 47, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Quality Drive in Hooksett on Dec. 22, 2022, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.

Jonathan D. Pickering, 35, of Young Hills Road in Loudon on possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on Aug. 6, 2022, in Franklin.

Aaron Rae, 33, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of concealing drugs in his rectum before entering the prison on July 22, 2022, after being arrested to use the drugs while there.
Domenic J. Ricciotti, 81, of Epsom on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at a vehicle with passengers inside on Aug. 27, 2022, in Allenstown.
Zachary Rivet, 33, of Doris Drive in Gilford on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm charge on Nov. 19, 2022, in Concord. Jackie Roberts, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on Oct. 5, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges — in Concord District Court in October 2021 and Merrimack County Superior Court on November 2021
Nathan P. Russell, 35, of Lummoxville Road in Haverhill, MA, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Central Street in Franklin on Dec. 10, 2022, in Franklin after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
