New Hampshire State Troopers Make DUI Arrests: Roundup

Troop A Blotter

Kevin Joensuu, 49, of Dover, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on March 13, 2018, for DUI on Route 16 in Dover.

Mike Njopa Finjap, 30, of Dover, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on March 11, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on Route 16 North in Portsmouth.

Christopher Dunkle, 31, of Concord, was arrested for reckless operation at 8:20 a.m. on March 11, 2018, on Route 101 East in Brentwood near Exit 8.

Dwayne Dunton, 34, of Milton, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on March 11, 2018, for DUI. He was arrested on Route 125 North in Rochester.

Chloe English, 21, of Rochester, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for DUI and possession of marijuana on Route 16 North in Dover.

Carl Miller, 53, of Moncks Corner, SC, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08. He was arrested on Route 16 North near Exit 9 in Dover.

Troop B Blotter

Alexander Wenta, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on March 15, 2018, for DUI on I-293 North near Exit 2 in Manchester.

Todd Rouillier, 50, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on March 15, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer on Route 28 in Manchester.

Jean Rohena, 30, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on March 14, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Manchester.

Michael Surdek, 23, of West Roxbury, MA, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on March 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ on I-293 South in Manchester.

Christopher Jolicoeur, 35, of Londonderry, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on March 12, 2018, for felony habitual offender on the Everett Turnpike South in Bedford.

Yisneiry Jose, 41, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on March 12, 2018, for DUI on I-93 North near Exit 2 in Salem.

Patrick Shiner, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on March 11, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Windham.

Kyle Rennie, 23, of Nashua, was arrested for DUI – adult greater than 0.08 at 1:11 a.m. on March 11, 2018, on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 1 in Nashua.

Melvin Laureano, 35, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on March 9, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 30 mph+ and DUI on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 10 in Merrimack.

Steven Camara, 52, of Westport, MA, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on March 11, 2018, for DUI on I-93 North in Concord.

Tracie Marquette, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on March 10, 2018, for suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Devon Mullins, 20, of Milton, VT, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on March 10, 2018, for speeding – 21 mph+ over 65 limit, transporting alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession/intoxication at the Hooksett Rest Area on I-93.

Michael Roberts, 31, of Suncook, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for reckless operation on I-393 West in Concord.

Other NHSP Arrests

Katryna Parvey, 20, of Mashpee, MA, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on March 14, 2018, for manufacture/possess fake ID. Also arrested on the same charge was Jaimie Rennie, 21, of Sandwich, MA. They were arrested on I-93 North in Thornton.

Justin Maher, 22, of Laconia, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on March 11, 2018, for DUI on Route 3 in Laconia.

Jeremy Sellers, 35, of Ossipee, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on March 11, 2018, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Albany.

Elwood Sherman, 50, of Charlestown, RI, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on March 10, 2018, for DUI on Route 113 in Albany.

Raymond Foster, 50, of Rochester, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on March 10, 2018, for DUI, DUI – second or third, and speeding on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Sean Langley, 32, of Campton, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on March 10, 2018, for DUI – second or third on I-93 North in Woodstock.

Jeanne Doherty, 63, of Conway, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for DUI on Route 16 in Conway.

Igor Sereda, 28, of St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for DUI and speeding – 26 mph+ over 55 limit on Route 12 in Charlestown.

Carin Warner, 49, of Rockland, ME, was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 9, 2018, for operating with an expired license and DUI on I-93 in Ashland.

Eric Page, 32, of Pelham, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on March 9, 2018, for DUI and reckless operation on Cow Hill Road in Bartlett.
