Teen Accused Of Threatening Teen, Others, With A Knife In Newbury: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Contoocook man indicted on assault, reckless conduct charges; Belmont felon faces dagger charge; Concord, Hooksett drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Sylvia Stokes, 82, of West River Road in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving in Hooksett on Dec. 29, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Rundlett Street in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 18 in Concord.

Joseph D. Thrasher, 31, of Jackson Avenue in Allenstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 7, 2022, in Hooksett.
Tyler L. Thurston, 18, of Myrtle Street in Claremont on criminal mischief and three criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of chasing after a girl with a knife claiming he would slit her throat or words to that effect, brandishing a knife and walking toward two adults, and damaging property owned by others in Newbury on Jan. 24.

Joseph S. Tierney, 21, of Spring Street in Contoocook on second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle at high speeds on Route 114 in Bradford, into oncoming traffic, and causing a collision with injury on May 27, 2022, in Bradford, and stealing an ATV in Hopkinton on Oct. 31, 2022.
Adam Tucker, 40, of Jennifer Lane in Auburn on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, buprenorphine, crack cocaine, and cocaine, charges in Hooksett on June 21, 2022. One of the counts was an intent to sell fentanyl charge.
Thomas P. Turck, 46, of Laurier Street in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 21, 2021, in Hooksett.
Roderick W. Urquhart, 37, of Eastern District Road in Danbury on operating while deemed a habitual offender and possession of meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Central Street in Franklin after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kevin A. Vacca, 37, of Hunt Road in Oakham, Massachusetts, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of cashing a fraudulent check drawn on the USA Ninja Challenger Franchising LLC account in Concord on Aug. 31, 2022, for $2,281.63.
Michael Valotta, 4, of Wildlife Boulevard in Belmont on a felony felon in a possession of a deadly weapon-a dagger on Jan. 11 in Concord. Previously, he was convicted on a felony drug charge in Belknap County Superior Court in January 2020.
Richard Vallee, 31, of Watts Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 21, 2021, in Hooksett.
