Concord Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Weare man indicted on strangulation charge; Allenstown woman, with priors, faces habitual charge; drug indictments in Concord, Franklin.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Rundlett Street in Concord on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Central Street in Franklin on July 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Meghan L. Tighe, 29, of West Bow Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Feb. 10 in Concord.

David Whitcher, 61, of Penwood Drive in Concord on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and saying, “I’ll drop you where you stand,” or words to that effect on April 6 in Concord. Andy R. Williams, 57, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing a charger cable cord from Irving-Circle K in Allenstown on Dec. 3, 2021, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Joshua Wilson, 20, of Robin Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 17 in Concord.

Michael P. Wing, 60, of North Main Street in Franklin on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from two cars on July 16 and July 23 in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Ashley Zachary, 31, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on a felony driving while certified habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving in Allenstown on June 24 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Christian Beck, 35, of Craney Hill Road in Weare on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a household or family member on July 23 in Henniker.

Alexander Bell, 47, of Prospect Street in Franklin on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 13 in Franklin.
