Roddy Joseph White, 36, of Bridge Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on Dec. 16 on stalking and breach of bail charges. An officer stopped a vehicle at North State and Centre streets around 8 p.m. on Dec. 8. The first officer called for backup because he thought there might be a drug issue. While the first officer spoke to the driver, a woman, the second officer spoke to a passenger, a man, who reportedly gave the name of "Dillon James White," with a birthdate from 1991. White reportedly told the officer he was from Massachusetts but was now living on Bridge Street in Manchester. The second officer noted Roman numeral and other tattoos. Later, both officers cleared the traffic stop and the pair were allowed to leave. While clearing his query, the second officer noticed an active criminal bail protective order on the vehicle which listed the woman as the protected party and a man named Roddy White of Bridge Street in Manchester. The officer eyed White's Facebook site and matched him to the person in the vehicle. The officer then requested a copy of the criminal bail order from mid-November and reviewed that it involved the woman who was driving the vehicle. Another order showed that White reportedly did not appear at an arraignment in Manchester District Court on a criminal mischief charge. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 11 and he was arrested five days later.
