Penacook Woman Indicted For Allegedly Dragging Man With Vehicle
Plus, alleged Nashua stalker, alleged Concord forger, alleged drug dealers from Concord, Franklin, and Manchester, also all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.
Shane Collins, 42, pictured upper left, of Dexter Street in Derry, on two counts of receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On March 13, 2017, he allegedly retained jewelry owned by a woman in Hooksett and on March 15, 2017, he alleged stole and retained an SUV.
Hector Colon, 31, pictured upper left center, of Heon Court in Nashua, for felony stalking. On April 9, 2017, in Allenstown, he allegedly sent a Facebook message to a person who had an active restraining order out against him out of Nashua District Court. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking within seven years of the act in question.

Rylee Conte, 20, of Bluffs Drive in Penacook, for second-degree assault and reckless conduct. On Feb. 22, 2017, in Pembroke, she allegedly drove a motor vehicle while another person was holding onto the passenger door which resulted in the other person being dragged, falling to the ground, and causing a head injury, fractured bones, and lacerations.

Adam Cordano, 34, pictured upper right center, of South Street in Concord, for two felony counts of forgery. On March 13, and March 16, 2017, he allegedly presented $550 worth of checks at a credit union drawn on the account of another person who didn’t authorized the checks.
Andrea L. Cross, 38, pictured upper right, of Mallard Landing in Belmont, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine allegedly on April 8, 2017, in Franklin.
Felisha Cunningham, 22, of Kelley Pond Road in New Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Burpenorphine allegedly on March 31, 2017, in Northfield.
Samantha Currier, 28, of Black Hall Road in Epsom, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone allegedly on May 28, 2016, in Epsom.
Caitlyn Dalrymple, 30, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 28, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Helen Davis, 44, pictured lower center left, of Federal Street in Concord, for felony conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly with Tracy Hebert and other unknown or indicted individuals in the area of Hall Street in Concord on Oct. 6, 2016.
Richard Davis, 42, pictured lower center right, of Granite Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Dec. 16, 2016, on South Main Street in Concord, and Dec. 21, 2016, on Old Turnpike Road in Concord, while out on bail from a fraudulent retail transaction and drug charge. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Derry District Court in April 2004.
