Concord Woman Arrested on Drug Dealing Charges Again: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Alexis S. Banks, year of birth 1996, of Renihan Meadows in Lebanon, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, resisting arrest or detention, transportation of alcohol/open container, and unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Stephanie L. Rochon, YOB 1982, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Helen F. Davis, YOB 1973, pictured in this file photo, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested on three counts of sale of controlled drugs, two counts of conspiracy, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident in the South Main Street/Hall Street section of the city.

Jocarl Bureau, YOB 1994, of Youville Street in Manchester, currently incarcerated, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2017, for second-degree murder after an alleged incident on Canton Circle.

Brandon M. Sullivan, YOB 1993, of Beauty Hill Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Stickney Avenue area of the city.

Steven W. Murdock, YOB 1961, of Duke Lane in Concord, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for theft of services. The alleged victim in the case was Keystone Management on Fisherville Road.

Matthew Pike, YOB 1994, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for second-degree assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Manchester Street.

Shane Labroad, YOB 1994, of Gulf Road in Northwood, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-false imprisonment, and false imprisonment. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Samantha J. Lavoie, YOB 1983, of School Street in Loudon, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating without a valid license, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Matthew R. Warriner, YOB 1990, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, for four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, four counts of receiving stolen property, driving after revocation or suspension, and a warrant. The credit card charges stem from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. The driving charge stems from an alleged incident on South State Street.

Roland M. Thibeault, YOB 1995, of Buck Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, on three warrants. He was arrested at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.
