CONCORD, NH — Arthur A. Foss, year of birth 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on March 4, 2018, on three warrants after an alleged incident at the Firehouse Block Garage on North State Street.

Kayla L. Bartley, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2018, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Bryce Demello, year of birth 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2018, on a warrant after an alleged incident on Fayette Street.
