Prisoner Allegedly Assaulted Man with a Racquetball Racquet: Roundup

Alleged Pembroke burglary indicted, Pittsfield woman indicted for falsifying evidence, Northfield man allegedly received stolen property.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Travis Labonte, 26, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting a controlled drug, while allegedly driving north on I-89 in Hopkinton on June 19, 2016.

Craig Laramie, 33, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, previously of Boscawen, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, a felony, allegedly on March 20, 2016, in Concord.

Travis Leavitt, 28, of Skyline Avenue in Hooksett, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Jan. 21, 2016, in Hooksett.

Kenneth Lewis, 20, of Micol Road in Pembroke, for burglary and criminal threatening, both felonies. On July 12, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Perley Avenue and brandished a knife against a family member stating, “I’ll take care of you with this,” according to the indictment.

Robert Lopez, 46, currently incarcerated, for felony assault by a prisoner for allegedly striking another person with his hands, feet, and a racquetball racquet on June 8, 2016, while inside the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

William Machia, 24, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield, on eight counts receiving stolen property, possession of property without a serial number, and falsifying physical evidence, a felony. On April 22, 2016, he allegedly acted in concert with Blake Garland to steal items from Ross Express in Boscawen. On March 22, he was allegedly in possession of a chainsaw, as well as tools and other items in July 2015.

Joshua Malcolm, 33, of Central Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on July 10, 2016, in Franklin. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from a previous controlled drug arrest. In November 2009, he was convicted in Grafton County Superior Court on another charge.

Brittany Mayo, 20, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, for felony falsifying physical evidence as well as unsworn falsification and false report to law enforcement. On Dec. 5, 2015, in Pembroke, she allegedly presented a Facebook message to an officer which she knew to be false and stated that another woman had contacted her in violation of a restraining order.

Sierra Maskell, 30, of Route 100 in Eden Mills, VT, on two felony counts of delivery of articles to prisoners. On April 9, 2016, in Concord, she allegedly attempted to deliver crack cocaine and Buprenorphine to a prisoner at the New Hampshire State Prison.
